Where do we begin.... I'll start by saying this... Mike and R Mattress are exceptional on so many levels. I work in the luxury service business so I know truly what "White Glove" treatment is and Mike/R Mattress tick off every box. The true test or a great company is how they address and handle unforeseen challenges and issues. And this was the case for us and Mike/R Mattress hit it out the park... We are so happy... So much so, that our daughter and her husband just bought a new mattress from Mike.... Thank again for taking such great care of us and provided not only exceptional service, but also the highest quality items... In deep gratitude...!!!
