Avocado Green Mattress - Natural & Organic Mattresses - Santa Monica

I had a fantastic experience with Avocado’s customer service. Taj was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from start to finish. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, and they took the time to explain details about shipping, the sleep trial, returns, and mattress setup so I felt completely confident in my purchase. What stood out most was how genuine and pleasant Taj was throughout the conversation. Customer service can often feel rushed or scripted, but this felt like talking with someone who truly cared about helping me make the right decision for my family. Thank you, Taj, for making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this deserves recognition!

I am so excited for the first time in all of my 54 years, I finally own an organic mattress, Sheets, and comforter. I purchased the best of the best. I got it all through Avocado Green Mattress. I bought the mattress and the pillows from there and then just kept ordering more because the quality was so amazing! Shantel was my personal brand assistant and helped me through the process with recommendations and tips for all my ordering needs. She was great. It was so nice to order from a company that really cares about their customers :-)

Julia from the Santa Monica Center was really helpful when I asked her a multitude of questions regarding mattresses, foundations, toppers and pillows. She went above and beyond by understanding my questions and seeing other aspects that my questions alluded to but that I had not asked - thus giving me more information so I could make better choices about my coming mattress purchase. I purchased the pillows today. I feel really good about the quality of the answers Julia gave and that helps me feel content in my purchase choices. For me the products are expensive. But I decided I was willing to pay more to try and protect my family’s health as well as the planet’s both in the production of the products and the recycling. Merci Beaucoup Julia! I made a second inquiry to Avocado and got a different representative who was also as helpful as Julia. Doubly satisfied with the customer service in the pre-purchase phase.

We bought our first Avocado mattress about 11 years ago. We choose Avocado because of the Consumer Reports #1 rating. We were happy we did. Now, we still own that bed and mattress but want our King size bed to also be Avocado. The service we got from Taj today on the phone seems like it is exactly what we needed. Of course, we won't really know until the bed and the foundation are both delivered and set up. She was definitely helpful so we are expecting good results.

We had a wonderful experience at Avocado because Julia was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She didn't push any sales on us, and yet we ended up buying a whole bedroom set, chair, duvet, sheets, etc! Julia was super thorough with all of her answers to our many questions. She wasn't thrown off that my husband, Mother and I were all individually asking her things. She is very go with the flow and was able to match our energy. This is a gift in any profession. Thank you Julia!
