Mattress Store "Voted Best Of Southern Utah"

We purchased two twin XL mattresses under time constraints because we had guests coming in from out of town. The mattresses we got were regular twin, but within one day, Richard in the St. George store was able to locate the proper size mattresses which were even of better quality and swapped them out for us. They even had to bring them in from Cedar City and picked up the first mattresses and delivered the others at no extra charge. Excellent service and definitely went above and beyond given our time constraints! Thank you!

We came here because of the 5 star reviews. We left here disappointed and decided to purchase a mattress elsewhere. Salesperson was pleasant, but a little pompous and offensive. Some of his comments were uncomfortable. Very pushy. The prices were very average as well. He did mention that he would match anyone's price on our way out the door, as well as letting us know that we wouldn't find a nicer looking store. Non-stop sales talk. Maybe he has never been to Blvd Home or Mattress Firm. Both of which were nicer with salespeople that were way more chill. Not sure how this place has 5 stars. I will gladly spend a few extra dollars to not have to deal with that.

I knew what I needed and Richard helped explain my options based on my requirements. I was on a time crunch and appreciated him guaranteeing delivery. Mattress delivered today with notification and efficiency. Old mattress out and everything done in a 15 min window. Thank u for making my life easier!

Richard Gillespie was such a nice man!! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, the best mattress Store I have ever been in. He treated me with such kindness and I enjoyed talking with him. He understood everything I wanted and I happily bought a mattress, boxing spring and pillow, mattress pad. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you Richard, best time ever!! A definite asset to your company. This was the first time that I had ever been in one of your stores.. I am a very happy Senior Lady!!

As I write this, I am comfortably settled in my wonderful new bed. When I went to Mattress Store I imagined trying lots of beds before I found just the right one. But I walked in and chatted with Richard for just a few minutes. He asked some very quiet questions. I told him about my needs and guess what? He took me to two beds and said “give these a try and see what you think.” Well, the first one was too soft, but the second was just perfect. So in less than 15 minutes, he helped me find the best bed. And the delivery was just as great. The guys came in. They did everything so quick and efficiently, and they even put the mattress cover on for me. You can’t ask for much more than that. But Richard even checked back with me to make sure that I was pleased; that is excellent customer service. And if you want a great mattress, I would highly recommend Mattress Store!
