I have always been a consumer of Ashley Furniture (except the 1 time I regretfully went to BLVD Home). Recently, I had the very BEST experience on my purchase! AUSTIN (salesman) went well beyond what I was asking for. He price matched and got me every option I was wanting for well under what I had anticipated!! If you're in Southern Utah looking for new home furnishings, go to Ashley Furniture and ask for AUSTIN!!! You won't be disappointed! HaHaHa DaYna🫠

Austin and Jayson at Ashley Furniture were absolutely amazing to work with. Austin was a wonderful salesman, and Jayson, the service manager, went above and beyond to help me. They were both so helpful and truly wanted to make sure I went home with everything I loved and could afford. The extra discounts they found for me were unbelievable, and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Their kindness and dedication to great service was something I’ve never experienced. I am very, very disappointed in Ashley furniture here in St. George twice I have tried to purchase items. They never have anything on the floor that you want to see. I tried last this week to get a mattress. They didn’t even have a firm for me to feel and lay on then they also put my delivery at date out three weeks and I have not much good to say about the sales person, Shannon she didn’t try and steer me towards anything else. I told her I wanted a large picture for my living room. She didn’t let me anything. She just said go ahead and look around. She didn’t try and help me with a new mattress, she didn’t try and help me with anything. I was very disappointed and I went home and canceled everything . I previously last year tried to buy a sofa and picked one out and the delivery date was out three weeks again because they didn’t have anything available for me to see this is door is ridiculous That order was also canceled No more trying to purchase anything at Ashley furniture!!!

We worked with Dana when we went in, and it was a great experience! Our child was running around like crazy and he was patient and relatable. We came in to look for a complete bedroom set and be helped us get everything we wanted! Could not be happier with how today went, thanks!

We walked in the store. My wife and I did up there in st.george utah and we were met by a friendly salesperson named Dana. Very good experience.He was very nice, very knowledgeable.We made a purchase spent two thousand three hundred dollars, and we left happy.😁 but then....we figured out that we could get that entire matress, frame, and headboard, pillows, sheets and mattress protector and protection plan free delivery for 200$ hundred dollars, less than what we were charged from ashley furniture store on Radcliffs drive in st. George utah. the mattress, the frame only. 🤦by the sales person DANA.so we canceled our purchase. Beware of Dana and his hidden charges.
