Demetrius is the manager and he is excellent. So helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I needed another mattress because the products and service are incredible. We were prepared to go to other places but there was no need to go anywhere but Best Mattress. They have everything you need under one roof.

He had us try out multiple different beds until we found the right combination of fit and price. We asked why his Google reviews were the highest, and he proved why. There was zero sales pressure, and zero mumbo jumbo understood by nobody who doesn’t have a PhD in sleep technology. Highly recommend!

He is a great communicator, and you can tell that he genuinely appreciates his customers! He is the true example of what great customer service should look like! Also, I would like to also acknowledge Dimitris for helping us make our most recent transaction and for his thorough explanation of what to expect with the mattresses we picked out and with the delivery process. He knows his stuff in the mattress realm. You cannot go wrong with buying a mattress at this store.
