I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the delivery team of my mattress. Both Joe & Justice were so careful with everything. The old mattress was needing to be loaded in my truck and they were soooo kind to help. Handling it with care by putting it in plastic wrap and even taking to time to sinch it down for me. I'm a woman with very little strength and this was incredibly above and beyond. Thanks guys! Truly an appreciative customer. and of course thank you to my salesperson Preston. You sold me an awesome comfy mattress. Slept like a baby last night.
View on GooglePeter greeted us a warm welcome into the store and was very knowledgeable about all the brands and styles of mattresses being sold He was patient with us and answered all our questions. Delivery was made by Joe and Jordan, they were on time, professional and paid attention to detail. This team represents the company well with excellent customer service with an emphasis on building relationships. Thank you..
View on GoogleGreat service, not pushy at all. They pay your sales tax too. The delivery guys were friendly and prompt as well!
View on GoogleThanks for the great service. From Preston’s great help with finding the right mattress to both our delivery teams. This is the second mattress we purchased from this store recently. I don’t remember the first delivery team but both teams went above and beyond. Our last delivery team was Joe and Ryder. Thanks!!!
View on GoogleWe had great service both in the store and with delivery. Salesman was very knowledgeable on the mattresses and worked to help what we needed. It took awhile as my mom was also purchasing. Talked about pros and cons and was not pushy. Let us work to narrow down the best fit. Their return policy is reassuring if we end up not liking our bed. Delivery was quick and easy. They helped with removing the old mattress and installing the new one. Very respectful.
