I was lucky to get Wes as my sales person. He was not knowledgeable and not pushy, extremely friendly and kept in touch with me about deliveries. He was patient with me as I looked through furniture options and materials, changed my mind a couple of times, left and came back before I finally made a decision. I got the stressless recliners and dining room chairs and the Natuzzi couch. I am very happy with their quality

We bought a new sectional from Ryan. He’s awesome and easy to work with. We love our new Stanton sectional! It’s great quality at a fair price. My wife and I did some shopping at other places prior to our purchase. The delivery people kind of sucked, but they could have been a 3rd party vendor; so I don’t hold that against Cascade Furniture. Definitely recommend overall.

Wes is a wonderful salesmen. He was not too pushy. But near enough by that if we had questions he made sure to inform us in ever way. It was also nice to not have to wait 4weeks to months out to receive the furniture. I highly recommend cascade. No hassle, no wait, with a very nice experiance with the staff. Thank you.

The staff at Cascade is so courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable that it’s a pleasure to shop. All of the pieces I purchased are high quality. I love the Rowe couch, loveseat, and chair. They are very comfortable. The wood dining table and chairs are beautiful and very functional. Everyone that visits my home comments about how beautiful & comfortable my new furniture is. I tell all my friends to stop by and see for themselves how nice the store is. I will definitely be going back when I need more furniture.

We bought a new leather sofa and two swivel/rockers from Cascade Furniture. We couldn't be happier! The staff (Wes, Jordan) at Cascade was very helpful by both giving expert advice and Jordan came to our home bringing samples and helping us to finalize on materials and colors. We kept different fabrics to be able to see them at different periods in the day and develop a perspective over time. The delivery staff were very courteous and helpful not only in delivery, but also in positioning the pieces. For knowledgeable, helpful and courteous staff, use Cascade!
