Mattress Superstore Factory Outlet

I had an outstanding experience at Mattress Superstore thanks to Paul. He was an amazing salesman—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress rather than just making a sale. Paul took the time to explain options clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. On top of that I read the great reviews before coming and that’s why I came because of the great feedback. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly set him apart. If you’re shopping for a mattress, ask for Paul—you’ll be in great hands. I got me a Temper-Pedic! Lay at your expense cause you’ll never be the same lol Highly recommend Mattress Superstore and especially Paul!

We had a great experience buying our first ever king sized mattress during their Memorial Day sale. Paul was knowledgeable, attentive, and just fun to work with! He gave us the time and space to try out the mattresses without being pushy or hovering (which we felt at the big name store), but still checked on us enough to answer questions and give us plenty of information about the beds to make an informed decision that we felt good about. Our bed was delivered yesterday, and it’s been much harder to get out of it just because it feels so good! We went with the Sealy Posturpedic in medium, and it feels like a hotel bed (and apparently it’s what they actually use in hotels!) The soft felt nice as well. Honestly I don’t think we could have gone wrong either way. The price was great, free delivery, and they paid the sales tax. Great experience!

We decided after 10 years of the same mattress to get a bed worth our money. We got the Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt Medium Hybrid….Carrie in the office made things great with an easy purchase process. They had all items we wanted in stock for delivery the next day. Lincoln & Trevor delivered and set up our new Tempur-pedic mattress and Tempur-pedic Ergo ProSmart frame. Very friendly to us and even took a few minutes to explain how things worked before we had a chance to read the manual. This is the 3 time we’ve purchased a mattress from them…. Even our beagle is loving the new bed! Thank you 🤗

We had an amazing experience getting our King size mattress from Mattress Superstore. We walked in with the mindset that we were just comparing options and weren’t sure if we were ready to make a purchase. Paul did a phenomenal job answering all of our questions and providing us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We walked out with a great new mattress at a great price. Joe and Justis were great with the delivery and setup of our mattress and frame. They were very quick, polite, and professional. If you’re looking for a new bed I’d highly recommend Mattress Superstore!

Our experiences with Mattress SuperStore could not have gone any smoother. Tim, the store manager, helped us get what we wanted in a new Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt Firm King mattress. When it was delivered, Lincoln & Joe were excellent. They were careful when hauling the old bulky Rhapsody King mattress downstairs & outside then the same care when bringing in & setting our new mattress in place. They were very nice, very helpful & very professional. Well done guys! Cheers!
