Mattress To Go

My wife and I love our Capitol Bedding mattress from Mattress To Go. Jeff was very helpful in finding us a mattress that fit both of our firmness preferences. I am a frequent purchaser of mattresses from Mattress to Go. I work for a company that operates adult foster care homes and I know that the mattresses that I purchase here are great quality and comfortable for our residents. Jeff Scheuer went above and beyond helping with information regarding how we can find a replacement for our old Reverie remote control for my husband’s adjustable bed. Although we are not his current customers he offered his help and did as promised- emailed information and detailed instructions as soon as he finished helping a customer. So grateful and will definitely consider working with him on future mattress needs.

Couldn’t be happier with my new mattress and my overall experience here. I tried a different place before I found this spot and it felt way too pushy and like I needed to buy something right then and there but I did more research and discovered a Michigan mattress brand and found this was the closest place near me who sold them. I was able to check out the mattresses and fell in love with one but needed to wait as I was still shopping around for a house. Not only was I not pressured into something more expensive but the owner Jeff even told me whenever I was ready I could call and purchase it and have it held for me as I live an hour away which was extremely helpful. When I was able to pick it up he even helped load it and tie it down with his own rope. 10/10 and 100% worth going out of your way for! Also my new mattress from Capitol was comfortable from night one and becoming more and more comfortable as it is breaking in!

Highly recommend this store. Jeff asked us questions to help narrow what we were looking for in a mattress. Once this was accomplished he guided us to several mattresses to try out. He was very well informed about the design and construction of the products. And, able to answer all our questions without hesitation. Besides his depth of knowledge, Jeff was very patient with us after we went back and forth between 2 options until we felt comfortable with a choice. We never felt any pressure to purchase.
