Mattress Today Austin - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

We just received our mattress from them today and I am SO VERY excited to sleep on it. We only had our last mattress for 5 years before it had so much droop that I couldn't fall asleep and I would wake up feeling horrible back pain. After researching mattresses for days and even taking online tests to find the right mattress I felt a degree of "Analysis Paralysis". It's such a big decision for both our body and money and I wanted to make sure I made the right call. After finding online that this store carried Helix and Brooklynn Bedding (They are high rated mattresses online), I decided to call them so we could feel them out in person. They are by appointment only, but were extremely timely and easy to work with. Once we were there, we had an incredible experience. Candy was very knowledgeable about all things related to mattresses and did not feel pressuring at all. Best experience we have had at a mattress store by far. Once we found "the one", she was straight forward about the process and made it quick and easy to get it set up for delivery. She even answered my questions about our bed frame and how to reinforce it over text after we made the purchase. The delivery was next day; quick and easy. Now our beautiful (and affordable!) mattress is home. If y'all read this, thank you for your excellent service!

Candy owns this store, and she did an amazing job explaining each mattress option to us. She was patient (even with our toddler running around), and made us feel very comfortable as we took our time and decided.
