Julio at Mattress Firm was hands down one of the best sales experiences I’ve had anywhere. He helped us purchase two mattresses (a king and a queen) and absolutely hooked us up with a great deal, including delivery. After the mattresses arrived, he didn’t disappear — he went the extra mile and helped me get two mattress toppers at a great price, which made the whole setup even better.
