Austin Premier Mattress

I mean this bed completely changed our lives! We got the Aireloom Rollingwood! Best bed I have ever slept on! Shane asked us a few questions about our sleep style then put us through their sleep gauntlet where we tested a bunch of different beds till we found the perfect fit! Was low pressure and he really wanted to make sure we got a great bed that fixed our issues. I was skeptical on a bed being so effective at fixing our pain and being tired all the time but this really blew me away! I am sleeping better than I have in years. I've spent the past 10-15 years just getting bed in a boxes and cheaper beds but this was the first bed I really invested in and it truly is worth every penny and will outlast any cheaper bed!! Thank you!

I want to start by first saying that the mattress we received was of extremely low quality for the amount that we paid. Falling apart with the first few days of removing the mattress protector to was it. We shopped for several days and visited multiple places because we have small children (under 5) that have severe allergies to certain materials. Shane assured us over and over that the 100 day trial was completely risk free and that in no way would the children be in danger of coming in contact with the material. I have that in a text from Shane. Low and behold the children did get sick and when we called to process the return Shane did everything except respond. When he finally did respond they sent out two guys who admitted they knew absolutely nothing about mattresses but they were instructed to leave it if it looked used. Shannon stated that in order to process a return they needed to be able to sell the mattress at a discount rate. But neither of the “professionals” in this instance ever evaluated the mattress. Only took the word of two movers who openly admitted to knowing nothing about mattresses. Still no response from Shane. Shannon however was brave enough to respond and stated that Shane would call me as soon as he finished putting up shelving in the back. Must be a large custom job because we still haven’t heard from him. This is a completely different Shane than the one who was working so hard to get our business. Who seemed so knowledgeable and confident in the product he sells. Seems like he cared more about making money than he did for the safety and concern for our children.

Just had a great shopping experience here yesterday with Shannon. Stopped in just to look at an adjustable base but found a fantastic mattress from Aireloom. Bought the base and mattress and Shannon got us free sheets and pillows. He is very knowledgeable and no pressure. Highly recommend!

Shannon is extremely knowledgeable about all things mattress and has accommodated every request as we are designing a custom bed frame to fit the mattress. We recently had our mattress delivered and the crew, Tyson and Irving ,were complete pro's; extremely careful while bringing in our new mattress and removing the old one and both efficient and quick.
