He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly worked within our budget to help us find the perfect fit. We ended up choosing the Englander Theresa Pillowtop and absolutely love it. As a young couple making one of our first major purchases (with our daughter in tow), we had a lot of questions, and Jim made the entire experience comfortable and pressure-free. The layaway program was also a huge plus for us. Delivery was just as impressive—the team called ahead and were able to arrive much earlier than the scheduled time, which worked out perfectly for us. They had everything set up in 15–30 minutes and even helped move our old bed to another room. Overall, outstanding customer service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back for future purchases!

View on GoogleWe’ve been buying our mattresses from mattress warehouse for a long time as they’ve always taken care of us. Today they went above and beyond as my father had a medical episode at the beginning of the week And was coming home from the hospital today and needed an adjustable powered bedframe that was lower than what they had. I went in and they got me all taken care of and was gonna deliver the very next day which I thought was great, but told them my story and they went above and beyond and literally within the next hour, had it delivered and set up for us. Can’t thank or recommend them enough always been a fantastic place to deal with.
