I went to mattress firm directly after a failed visit at mattress warehouse. As soon as I walked in, there are two beautiful ladies behind the desk who are very charismatic and welcoming. Gabby and Connie. And let me tell you, they really know how to make you feel welcome. Connie showed me around to the different beds after I told her my preferences and within a half hour she had the perfect match for me. My experience with mattress firm, specifically with Connie and gabby, was phenomenal! I will be doing business with them again especially if it's with Connie or Gabby.

We had a superb experience at Mattress Firm! We purchased two mattresses for a Florida condo and were able to put them on hold until we close a month from now. Mattress Firm will then deliver them from their Florida warehouse directly to our condo. Constance was the associate who took care of all our needs! She was friendly, responsive to our questions and concerns and extremely knowledgeable! Mattress Firm has a real jewel in Constance! We have been regular customers at Mattress Firm and after our experience with Constance, we will continue to do business with them! The President’s Day Sale was icing on the cake giving us discounts on our purchases!

We appreciated how respectful he was of our time constraints, especially since we weren’t able to make a purchase during our visit. Matthew never made us feel pressured. Instead, he took the time to understand our mattress needs, offered helpful insights, and guided us with professionalism and patience. Fantastic and super knowledge, relaxed, and friendly! We went not knowing exactly what we wanted, but wanted to try them out since it is locally owned and operated. We got expert guidance and plenty of time to relax, ask questions, and test things out, there was such a friendly and inviting vibe. We also easily remained in our original price range. Bed we got was such an upgrade from our old one (finally now lower back soreness). Great experience overall!
