After years of sleeping on a water bed, I decided to venture out and buy a new mattress; but, I was very skeptical because of my physical issues...8 spinal surgeries, 2 neck surgeries, both rotators, hip replacement, and arthritis. I went to several stores laying on every mattress with no luck. Everyone just wanted to order something for me....sign here. I despise that type of 'service'. I Googled Serta again and turned up Mattress Warehouse. Joe D assisted me. Joe was full of information on mattresses; kind of like an AI Google search; it was impressive. Joe's suggestion on the Serta side was Bisbane Plush Top. I laid on it twice and convinced myself it was comfortable. Joe also had me lay on the King Koil Smart Life mattress. He did a complete demonstration based on my preferences; I was totally impressed, but, I did not want to spend that much more money. I ordered the Serta and it was promptly delivered and set up within a few days. Every night I struggled with the firmness of the mattress until I finally retreated to the downstairs guest bedroom to sleep. I contacted Joe and explained my issue. Luckily, Joe had convinced me to purchase a mattress protector in order to be eligible an exchange under their Comfort Guarantee. I was able to exchange the Serta for the King Koil Smart Life Mattress. Again, the bed was delivered and set up promptly. I am so happy with the King Koil Smart Life bed. I never thought I would find a painless night's sleep again, but, it happens every night now. I close my eyes and next thing, it's morning. Thank you Joe for your insights. I recognize and appreciate great, genuine customer service. And, thanks to Brian who also helped make the exchange process seamless. If I need another mattress, I know where I'm heading for great service and a great price.

Brian is an awesome salesman! He was honest about the mattresses and addressed the issues we have when sleeping. He helped find the perfect mattress for us. Would definitely buy from him again.

Brian is very knowledgeable and has been an awesome help in getting us into our new tempurpedic. I cant say you're in the right store if Bryan and Joe isn't the ones helping you out. Need a matteress, check them out 1st. Im sure they won't disappoint!
