Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We recently visited BOB’s Furniture to look for a couch for our house, and we had a really great experience. The showroom was clean, organized, and full of quality furniture. We were especially impressed with their selection of couches, beds, and mattresses . Everything looked stylish, comfortable, and well-made. One thing that stood out was how clean their restroom was, which shows they really care about their customers’ comfort. They also have a nice snack section where you can enjoy free treats like ice cream, chips, and candy while shopping, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, the customer service and shopping experience were excellent. We would definitely recommend BOB’s Furniture to anyone looking for quality home furniture and a welcoming atmosphere!

This was a great experience. I looked at several furniture shops and decided to drive the hour north to the store just in case I found something better then what I selected with another company and within 20 minimum of sitting on furniture trying different samples I found the perfect couch. I had no pressure and when I decided they offered multiple ways to purchase everything from my cash in hand to no interest financing. Delivery was fast and simple. I recommend the trip.

I went to bobs shopping for a new couch on 2/14. Sean W. greeted me when I entered the store, and showed me exactly where the pieces fitting my needs were. He stayed close while I shopped around and was available to answer questions and provide details about pieces, but did not hover over me the whole time which i really appreciated. He set up my online cart so I could look over the information prior to deciding which piece I wanted. He made the buying experience so easy! He even went above and beyond to search the store for a set of specific pillows! My couch got delivered the following week, and the delivery was smooth and the team was kind and efficient. Im loving my new couch!

Great prices and extremely helpful sales people (mine was Bill McC). He greeted me at the door, showed me the general areas of the furniture I was looking for, and then left me to browse on my own without hovering. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was a totally pleasant experience. I ordered the piece I wanted and it will be delivered within a week.
