Karen was very helpful selecting a mattress for our son. They had a great sale and a Clemson student discount on top of it! Highly recommend.

Any time you enter a business with a commission based sales model, you take a risk. Personally, I feel like the "used car salesman" mentality is almost a guarantee. Mattress Warehouse of Clemson is not like that. I'm moving from a furnished apartment to an unfurnished one in a few weeks, and we spent about a month slowly looking at mattresses. I live right across the street, so this was one of our first stops. The first time we went, the salesman, Richard W, knew exactly how present to be. Other salespeople from other mattress stores will be right in your face while you lay on a bed with your significant other, and it is rather awkward. Richard was sat at his desk, offering help, paying attention, but not in our face. We would say the name of the mattress and he'd point us in the right direction, nothing else needed. Also on our first visit, we told Richard we weren't looking to buy immediately. He happily helped us anyway, he was always smiling and really seemed like he just wanted to help find the right mattress for us. He even helped us with a mattress matching bed, which you lay on for a few minutes and it suggests mattresses for you. We ultimately ended up selecting one of the mattresses it suggested. On our 3rd visit, we were ready to buy. We selected a mattress on sale for $900. Richard was able to get it down to $599.96 for us, threw in a mattress protector, an adjustable base, a 10 year warranty, and waived the shipping fee. We didn't even ask for most of that, Richard just wanted to give us the best deal it was within his power to give. I cannot recommend this store (or at least Richard) enough.

So thankful for Karen. She was very knowledgeable and helped us pick just the right mattress. Decent sale prices too.

Karen at Mattress Warehouse in Seneca at the Hartwell Village shopping center was fantastic! She listened to what I needed from a mattress and my budgetary concerns and pointed me in the direction of the best fit for me. She worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible on a quality mattress and hopefully some quality sleep. I would definitely recommend Karen and her customer service to all my family and friends.
