Great experience here. Sofia was amazingly helpful in finding my mom the right mattress! She was incredibly patient and took the time to figure out exactly what we needed. We even got a discount for being the first customer of the day!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Mattress Warehouse on a Saturday afternoon looking for a mattress I could purchase and pick up the same day at a great price. Em and Sofia were absolutely fantastic to work with. Before visiting the store, I had actually purchased a mattress from Costco. After talking with Em and Sofia and comparing options, they helped me find a higher-quality mattress at a comparable price. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. To make the deal even better, they included a mattress topper, which was a nice surprise and added even more value. In the end, the Mattress Warehouse mattress was such a better fit that I returned the one I had purchased from Costco. If you’re looking for a mattress store with knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and same-day pickup options, I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse. Em and Sofia made the entire process easy, and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I recently purchased a mattress, box springs, and the saleswoman was incredibly helpful. I ended up getting one of the best beds, so I won’t need to return for many years. However, I highly recommend the saleswoman over the mattress firm itself. I’ve had the bed for two days now, and it feels amazing. It’s my hardest goodbye and my best hello when I get home. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the Tempur-Pedic Luxe Apt that I received. I’m pretty sure my sales lady was a lady named Sophia. And yes, I also got the tempurpedic mattress protector also.

This was my 2nd mattress place that I've been to since I moved here. Sofia made the experience painless, informative and most importantly she was patient. I do not like shopping, let alone furniture shopping! She listened to my need/want and went above and beyond. Thank you Sofia!
