Angel is amazing and the manager of the store is very knowledgeable. I went there and bought a bed, Angel spent a half an hour talking to the finance department to get everything right for us. They both were so helpful and worked hard to get us a great deal on a new bed and frame. With 0% financing as well. I highly recommend them for their customer service.

I brought my mom in last week to buy a new mattress and the women who helped us was wonderful! Very helpful and caring since my mom is hard of hearing so communication can be difficult but this women was empathetic to her! Said to be a week but only about 2 days later I got the call for pick up. Another women, helped me bring it to my car and all. All round the women there were amazing! The kindness was a breath of fresh air.

My girlfriend and I have needed a new mattress for a while, but were dreading going to a mattress store and dealing with an annoying sales person or buying something online that we hadn't tested. When we went to Mattress Warehouse in Killingly, Angel approached us and worked with us, and she was so down to earth and thorough. She worked with us extensively to figure out the best mattress for both our needs and got to know us. She showed us the features of all the modern mattresses and I was blown away, and she explained all the different types nowadays. We ended up buying a mattress from her, definitely recommend going and working with Angel.

1000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND MATTRESS WAREHOUSE IN KILLINGLY. Our frame was supposed to be delivered 1/13… waited all day. My husband called “oh we spoke to your wife and she agreed to pick it up on 1/15” LIES. No one called me nor did I or would I agree to picking up a bed frame. However, I went in on the 15th to pick it up… “oh that’s out of stock” after speaking with the manager she upgraded our frame but said it wouldn’t be delivered until the 29th… waited around on the 29th for the delivery… called .. “oh it’s being delivered tomorrow now” waited around all day yesterday … 8pm comes around … still nothing! Called and got “oh because of the snow it got pushed to tomorrow and will be delivered by 10am” 10am today rolls around and our delivery comes … it’s not the upgraded bed frame. So I called the store, spoke with the manager and she says “someone spoke with your husband.. the upgraded one is out of stock.” First of all… no one called or spoke with my husband. Second of all… the bed frame delivered is not the one on our order or receipt. Then she proceeded to hang up on me!! My husband called and asked for the district managers number and the store manager who hung up on me claimed she can not give that number out. Tried calling the corporate number and it’s not connected?? Shady company full of lies, BS, and rude managers. Angel in sales however was AMAZING!

It’s been a while since we’ve needed to buy a new mattress. We were pleasantly met by Angel at the store. She walked us through the process and was very informative with different information about all the various mattresses. She let us know that she was fairly new at this new position, but you would never have known it. She was very pleasant, not pushy, and wanted to let us know all our options before purchasing such a big priced item. It was a pleasurable experience, and we found a mattress that fit our needs.
