Mattress Warehouse of Newtown, CT

Stop mattress shopping! This is THE PLACE. We were well taken care of by Christopher for a few hours of personal shopping for our next decade or 2 of sleeping comfort. No pressure to buy and no pressure do anything but try. This was our best mattress shopping experience EVER! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise. We are looking forward to delivery and years of comfortable sleep.

Christopher is the most helpful and HONEST salesperson I have worked with in a long time. Completely knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and fun to work with. He understood my financial limits and did not push me. I also have horrible back problems and he helped me navigate what my best decision was. Will definitely be back! Go see him!!!

Review of Mattress Warehouse Newtown Ct. I see all 5 star ratings. I think the reason is, when you buy a mattress there they ask you to rate the experience you just had. They give you a form to fill out. My wife and I gave the salesman a 5 star rating based on the sales experience. I think that is a sneaky way to get 5 stars. Now for my rating after we got the mattress and 2 pillows. The first mattress we got was very hard. We were allowed to have an exchange. The one we have now is also hard. My wife is petite and she and I wake up every morning with neck and back issues. I may add that the store manager who is no longer with this company told us she would never have sold us this mattress. We also brought 2 pillows. Brought them back and was told that they do not take pillows back or exchange them. We don't use these pillows at all. A total waste of money!! In my opinion, This store is more interested in profit than selling a mattress and pillows that are best for customers. We would never ever recommend this Mattress Warehouse store. I give them a one star rating. If I were able to give a no star rating I would do that! We are seniors and I would think a mattress store would consider that. Mattress cost-$3,499.99Pillows cost-$249.99 with a discount!  for pillows we don't use! Buying a mattress and 2 pillows turned out to be the worst buying experience we ever had!

Fantastic experience at mattress wearhouse today! Went in with my wife looking for a new mattress. John was our salesman he was extremely knowledgeable, polite and a great listener. I had no idea what I was looking for in a new mattress, but by the time I left I knew I made the best choice. I am 100% satisfied with our purchase and excited for next day delivery.

We had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse. Christopher did a great job of explaining all of our options and helping us pick what will work best for me and my partner. He gave us the best possible deal and really had our best interests at heart. We definitely will be shopping here again!
