Mattress Firm Lisbon

Drew gave us an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. He was responsive, patient, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered every question, kept us updated, and followed through on everything he said he would do. Most importantly, it never felt like he was simply trying to make a sale. He truly cared about helping us and making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase. Mattress shopping can easily become stressful, confusing, and overly sales-driven, but Drew made the entire experience feel simple and pressure-free. He gave us the time, attention, and guidance we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything came together smoothly. It is rare to come across customer service this good. Drew was professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with, and he turned what could have been an ordinary purchase into one of the best retail experiences we have had in a long time. He has absolutely earned our trust, our future business, and our strongest recommendation. Anyone who gets the chance to work with Drew will be in great hands. Five stars without hesitation.

Just moved here, needed a mattress, had some specs from previous mattress, stopped into Waterford Store, got lucky with Jaime to help me out. Salesperson Jaime had all the knowledge of a real pro! Had me settled into a sweet deal on a great product. Spoke to Jaime next day and got it done over the phone, delivery in just a little over two days of purchase. Jaime made it real smooth and with great ease! Excellent work Jaime ! Thank you very much for your help! I highly recommend Mattress Firm and hopefully the sales person will be as good as Jaime!

Really good experience working with Drew. I had a lot of questions while comparing Purple mattress options, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He helped make the decision easier and got me a great deal. Definitely recommend asking for Drew.

Drew was a huge help and helped me and my wife find our perfect mattress and base. So excited and came in not knowing much as this is our first mattress purchase ever as we had been using our families old ones. Drew made the process really easy and explained our options in awesome detail! Will recommend anyone looking for a mattress to him in the future!

We had a great experience with Drew and mattress firm. We had an idea of what we wanted; he honored that and worked to get us the best possible price. We paid for the mattress and it was delivered in 24 hours! He did a great job explaining the warranty and other perks included in our purchase. I will be referring friends and family to him moving forward. Thanks Drew!
