Jordan provided excellent customer service and made sure I was accommodated from comfort to price point. He is a natural born leader and salesman. Considering my experience the day before, I thought he was the store manager. I thought the store manager was a new sales person. Today I was able to get exactly what I came for with Jordan, but I left the day before after the store manager undermined me after providing Ian with my price point. When I came into the store, Ian asked me for my price point, and the manager interjected in the conversation with Ian and said, “I don’t know why people think you can get a bed for $300.” She said this while looking at her computer and didn’t even look at me. This was said to me before Ian could show me my options. I gave him the opportunity to show me the inventory, but I was so embarrassed and frustrated, to maintain poise and grace, I left and returned today hoping she wouldn’t be there. Lucky for me, she was there. She didn’t remember me, because she didn’t look at me. So I gladly wasted her time and seen how she gave me EXCELLENT customer service to show me the higher price pointed beds because I told her I didn’t have a price point. I had an opportunity to speak with her and explain to her my objection to her skills as a sales person or manager and then requested to work with Jordan who greeted me before I could walk in the door after reminding her that I spoke with her the night before. As a former car salesman, Jordan fits the description to run the place and I can tell he doesn’t forget a customer. Before I asked to work with Jordan over the manager, I educated her on the Sandler Reversing method which was used incorrectly. A true salesman who wants to increase profit combats objections by selling the customer the benefit and intrinsic value of the good being sold. I was judged and mishandled over being helped. I came back to the store to prove a point, but Jordan made sure I left with a bed. I guess for her it’s a blessing I don’t remember her name. But, everyone go shop with Jordan. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Aaliyah is so amazing to work with! Very easy and no hard pressure sales. Finds all the ways to help people figure out what the best mattress is for them with out “car salesman” pressure. PLUS THE COMPANY STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORD AND WARRANTY , NO HAGGLE! I had to use the 30 days did not like mattress, and they worked with me to make it the best process to get me in another great bed as quickly as possible. My smart life bed had cell failure and we were able to swap to Heirloom. Hands down the easiest no questions asked swap! I will only buy my mattresses from mattress warehouse and Aaliyah!

Rosalind, the manager, helped us so much. We recently moved to Fayetteville, which meant we had already spent a lot of money on our new house and the moving process. She offered us as many discounts as she could, and even went the extra mile by calling others to see if there were any additional promotions available. The entire mattress testing process was also great. We were able to try several mattresses that matched our preferences, and she guided us thoughtfully based on both our comfort needs and our budget. In the end, we chose the best mattress, largely thanks to her help—especially the 0% interest financing for 60 months combined with the discounts she secured for us. I would highly recommend this place and Rosalind to anyone looking for a mattress. She has received an award for top customer service, and it’s no surprise at all why she earned it. We’re so happy that we were able to find the perfect mattress for our 30s with Rosalind today.

Mrs. Rosalind and Mr. Ian helped me so much with picking out a new Queen sized mattress at a wonderful price! They even helped entertain my wild toddler while I made important financial decisions. I appreciate all the help and knowledge they provided during my visit! Highly recommend!
