If you are even thinking about buying a mattress, stop what you’re doing and go see Bryant at Mattress Warehouse in Sanford, North Carolina. This was hands down the best buying experience we have ever had, and that is saying a lot because we normally hate dealing with salespeople. Bryant completely changed that for us—WOW.
From the moment we walked in, Bryant was friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about us. He took the time to really listen to our needs and worked hard to find us the right bed, not the most expensive one. It was clear that he cared more about our sleep than his commission, and that kind of honesty is rare these days. He truly went above and beyond, even answering our calls on his day off, which speaks volumes about his dedication and character.
Bryant made us feel comfortable, never pressured, and fully confident in our purchase. We have been extremely happy with our mattress, and we honestly couldn’t ask for better service. We really enjoyed our buying experience at mattress warehouse! I honestly had never bought a brand new mattress before so I was nervous about what to look for or what I even needed! Bryant was friendly from the moment we walked in and made us feel very comfortable. He was extremely informative and had an answer for all of our questions. He was very patient while we tried out several mattresses and the sleep position analyzing tool they had was awesome! It definitely narrowed down our options. I appreciated the understanding of our budget in a way we could find a mattress perfect for our needs. If you’re considering buying a new mattress, I would definitely recommend this place. Another big perk, interest free financing! They will deliver for a reasonable fee and even carry out your old mattress. 😆
