I highly recommend buying a mattress from this store! This is our second mattress we've purchased from them and we are very pleased with both the prices and the quality of customer service. The manager (not sure his name) is very pleasant to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and is an honest person to work with. Thank you sir for making our transaction a pleasant one!

I shopped around for a great mattress at a great price for a long time. I didn’t want to buy a mattress online because there’s no one to explain what the product is. I was so happy when I found Mattress Warehouse. The owner has an unbelievable knowledge of all his products. He took the time to explain the differences among the brands. He helped me get the best Queen mattress for my budget. On top of that their delivery service was excellent, better than Amazon delivery! I got my mattress the next day. Delivery guy was courteous and on time. Very professional company from start to finish. Highly recommend them.

While the store is small, they had a great selection of quality mattresses at a very good price. Best part was that they delivered the mattress within 2 hours of us purchasing it. Awesome customer service, great warranty, quality mattress, excellent pricing, super easy process - wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

No pressure, knowledgeable sales staff. Could clearly explain how the mattresses were made and why certain things were important and how they affected the wear and durability of the mattress. Wide selection of mattresses at good prices and in stock! I had a manufacturer defect on my mattress, they handled it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Worth a look when seeking good quality and good deals. Delivery guy Brandon is a real pro! Jeff and David are top notch.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! They are very inconsiderate and make every effort to get out of honoring the warranty. Within 6 months my Queen sized mattress began to sag. We asked them to look us up in their computer system. We were rudely told "WE DO NOT KEEP RECEIPTS," and quoted a legal term of warranty. Luckily, I had scanned copy in my email. Now we're told we'd have to have the hard copy receipt, they help us. I tried to support a local business in the area, and it backfired. $671.32 wasted. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM ! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS !!
