Our experience of purchasing a Casper Snow Mattress (king sized) from the Hempstead Road Mattress Warehouse was made smooth and easy largely because of our sales representative, Eric Donahue. After thoroughly researching mattresses on Consumer Report, we had concluded what we wanted. And we knew that mattresses were going on sale on Memorial Day weekend! -- We called the warehouse to ask some basic questions. As it turned out, Eric gave us more than an hour over the phone patiently and very knowledgeably answering all our questions. Every option for this mattress was considered in as much as I sleep cold and my husband sleeps warm. Eric was well informed on mattress manufacture, answered all our questions, and gave us time to hang up and discuss it alone. It was a pleasure to work with such a good salesperson. The following morning, our mattress was delivered. The two delivery men were right on time and very professional as well. It was fun to see the Casper Snow Mattress unfold out of the box and take its shape.

Our experience with Eric was outstanding. He listened attentively to the issues with my son’s old mattress, made a recommendation, and explained why. We tried out a number of different styles and brands before choosing the best one. We weren’t expecting to purchase an adjustable bed but once trying it we were sold. As a matter of fact, the one with the head and foot adjustable almost felt like sitting in a recliner chair so we chose that one.
