Mattress Warehouse of York - Mt. Zion

Today is Tuesday 1/27/26and the wife and I just left mattress warehouse on route 30 after pretty much being left alone in the store for almost 10mins. We decided to go to mattress warehouse on concord rd . We get there and we’re immediately greeted by Miracle, salesperson. She was very informative and friendly. This made us forget about our experience at the store on route 30. Even sold us on the purple pillows which she says she and other people in her family use as well. Overall great experience. Kudos Update:1/27/26 So though yesterday our experience with Miracle was great, the delivery was subpar at best. Our son, 20’s, was home to receive the delivery of the box spring and mattress. I saw on our ring camera that the delivery was made around 11am or so today Wednesday 1/28/26. Afterwards I called my son to ask how the delivery went and he said Ok but they left the old mattress. He went on to say that they just left w/o saying anything and that he’d left the door open thinking they were just going back to the truck for something but they never came back. Immediately i called the store and spoke to someone named Darren. I explained to him we paid to have the old mattress removed but they left it behind without explanation. Darren researched it and stated that the deliverers noted that there was a stain on the mattress and that they do not handle stained mattresses. (I’m posting the pic of the “stained” mattress 🙄 but ok) Well that wasn’t explained to us during our purchase so we’d like a refund which Darren said he’d refund the card used. Fast forward I get home and find the new box spring and mattress literally in the house at the front door. I asked my son did they just leave it here?! He said yes they did. I thought they were coming back but they didn’t. My wife called the store back and again Darren answered . She explained that the delivery drivers just left the mattress and box spring at the door and asked if that’s protocol even with them not taking the old mattress? He said it was not and apologized. My take on this is an apology is fine when accompanied with a refund in this case. We didn’t pay to have our stuff delivered to the front door so why are we still out of a delivery fee?! Anyway, lesson learned. **UPDATE 1/31/26 Saturday A representative from Mattress Warehouse called regarding our delivery experience the other day. I believe his name was Seth? Anyway the gentleman apologized and gave us a fair refund for any inconvenience. I’ve changed my rating to four stars . Thanks for reaching out and I’d recommend you guys since you’re genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction.

had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse thanks to Darren. His customer service was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I also received a free adjustable base with my purchase, which was an awesome bonus. Definitely recommending him to friends and family!
