Holly and Heather were absolutely amazing Very knowledgeable and understanding. Holly showed high levels of professionalism while keeping the process easy, also making it a positive experience. Very knowledgeable and informative. Heather is newer to the store and was a great pleasure to work with as well. She was patient and kind, very informative and assisting to us and our needs. Their Bedmatch process makes the purchase process so much easier and smoother than I could have ever imagined. With the help of science, they use a diagnostic system to help match you with your perfect fit. These two women overall show high promise and highly exceeded my expectations. We came in needing a bed same day with a 500 budget. Big asks but Holly was kind and quick helping us get a great price on a great mattress! She stayed late and was so helpful with loading the mattress. We loved her! Definitely recommend!!!

Heather, was awesome in getting me financed into my new bed without a problem, when there was a problem with the finance company. She called on the spot and everything was approved. Amazing services and Heather took her time to make sure my bed was approved and sent on time. Awesome work Heather it is a blessing now sleeping in my new mattress. 🔥

BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE MATTRESS MANUFACTURE NOT THROUGH THIRD PARTY MATTRESS WAREHOUSE. Do not buy a mattress from Mattress Warehouse. They do not offer returns only exchanges. Admittedly I was not apart of the purchase process, but the way they explained it to my loved one who purchased the mattress made her believe she could get a refund if we did not like the mattress. We have slept on the mattress for three nights and we hate it. It smells like chemicals and was not worth the $1,200 we paid for it. As far as I am concerned this mattress is worthless and I no longer wish to do business with Mattress Warehouse. Casper, the actual mattress manufacturer, does allow returns but not if you buy from one of their third party sellers. I wish we had just purchased directly from Casper themselves so we could have taken advantage of their more reasonable return policy. Plus we probably would have ended up getting a better deal. In short, don’t buy from these people their “policies and procedures” are put in place to make sure that they profit. Buy directly from the manufacture not a middle man.
