My boyfriend and I went out today to find a new mattress and found the perfect fit at this location. The pricing was decent and the mattress itself was everything we were looking for! We were helped by an associate,Tiffany Harden, and she was amazing! Super personable and incredibly kind to both of us. Genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you Tiffany! We’ll definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our experience with Megan at Mattress Warehouse in Exeter. She was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses, and in the rare case that she didn't know the answer to one of our questions, she could quickly access the information. She was very professional and we really appreciated her. We would definitely recommend this location.

Had an excellent experience purchasing a mattress yesterday. Tiffany was the sales associate that helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the products and genuinely wanted me to purchase a mattress that I would be happy with. Purchased new mattress from this store thru Tiffany. Tiffany was very helpful in my purchase. I had to purchase the mattress protector in case I didn't like the mattress, I could exchange it. This is the same brand mattress that we had previously and loved it, so I was positive I would not need to exchange. I purchased the cheapest protector at cost of $84.23. I Never even unzipped the package. Couple weeks later, I went in the store because bed was too low to floor so I had to order extensions, another $26.32. While there, I asked the Associate to return the mattress protector. She said they do not do refunds of any type and it was stated on my invoice. I showed her my invoice, nothing about no refunds. I went back and talked to Tiffany and she said same thing. She gave me a phone number to a manager at Corp Office. I have left Mr. Taylor numerous messages with no response. I called this store back to get info on someone else at Corp to talk to. No one has returned my call. Its been several days. Long story short- they will SELL products, thats it. Below the owner wants me to email them so they can address my concerns. I did as they asked, but ad usual No Response!

Terrible experience. Walked in today to check out mattresses for our toddler. The sales representative didn’t seem like she wanted to help us, as we were not acknowledged upon walking in despite being in her direct line of sight. After a few minutes she walked our way to see what we needed. I showed her a mattress on my phone I had found online that I wanted to check out and she led us that way, after brief conversation we let her know our budget and she seemed irritated we weren’t looking to spend thousands. Not the vibe, we will go elsewhere.
