Sales rep Julia was very knowledgeable about her products and offered us several options. We bought 3 mattresses and got a nice discount. Julia was very friendly and helped us with the zero financing option. I would definitely go back again if we needed something else. Julia was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I were in her store for a little bit testing out various mattress options and she is so knowledgeable about sleep systems! I went into the Town Square location to buy a new mattress. I was greeted and guided through my search by the manager! She was an absolute delight from beginning to end! I cannot say enough about her kind and professional customer service. I had come there with the intention of finding MY dream mattress! So as you’d expect it took a “good minute” to say the least. She was so extremely knowledgeable and honestly we had quite a few laughs together. In the end I was completely satisfied that I’d found the right mattress! And yes I was right👏. Sleeping so well now, comfortably, and soundly! Waking up refreshed instead of dragging!!! Love this mattress store and my experience was fabulous. Thank you
