I had an amazing experience at Mattress Warehouse in Marlton. I came in frustrated after buying a mattress elsewhere that ended up not working out, and the difference in customer service was night and day.
Charles, the manager, was absolutely phenomenal. His knowledge, patience, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire experience feel stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to help me find the right solution, and I never once felt pressured. Honestly, I don’t even consider him a salesperson. He’s just a class act.
Avery was also incredibly kind and helpful, and you can tell the team there genuinely cares about their customers.
I left feeling confident, excited, and so relieved knowing I made the right purchase. Highly recommend Mattress Warehouse in Marlton if you want people who truly care and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of our salesperson but he was friendly, easy to work with and very low pressure. He was able to access an ultra low profile foundation that we needed for my elderly mother. We were so appreciative of his efforts to secure on for us. Would definitely recommend if looking for a low pressure, pleasant shopping experience!!!?

Avery couldn’t have been nicer! He lead me to exactly what I was looking for and knew all about the mattress I was interested in, which made my decision easier! And just to add, he was not pushy either like your typical salesperson. Very easy to talk to!
