Great experience. When we started out to look at mattresses we had no intention on going to a mattress store because we had heard most of these stores used high pressure sales tactics. After exiting a typical furniture store we noticed Mattress Warehouse was next door so we decided to walk in anyway. We ended up buying from here because the salesman Paul was very helpful, walked us through the Bed Match tool, and did not pressure us at all. He through in a few options that made us feel we got the best price compared to the other six stores we had visited in our search.

Great customer service! Paul is an amazing salesperson. He helped us find the perfect mattress for my husband and me. We both have different likes and needs. Paul was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend Mattress Warehouse in Deptford!

We walked in for pillows for my husband and we got full experience with pillows plus we got mattress fitted and now we know what kind mattress is we need. After all I even got pillows for myself. Paul was very helpful, patient and honest. We’ll definitely get back for a new mattress soon!

We walked in the store just to price mattresses today. Paul approached us with a kind smile and asked if we knew what we were looking for. We explained what we wanted and our price range. He was very kind about that, not turning his nose up or anything similar (as some places would). He worked with us, helped us find what we needed and explained we could pay with Affirm which we already use for our larger purchases, which was great news! Paul made the whole process “painless” and was kind and welcoming the whole time towards us and all the customers entering the store. We are very happy with our purchase and experience!
