Sleep Number

Wonderful experience with Jess. She was so busy but we never felt rushed. Appreciated her call after delivery to check on us. Love my mattress. Best sleep in ages!!

Mattress Firm has always been where I go for my mattress’ and they’ve been great. This location is amazing, Ryan is super helpful and accommodating. I’d strongly recommend Ryan and the Marlton mattress firm.

Jess was really nice to work with in determining what exactly we needed in a mattress. She didn’t rush us into a decision and wasn’t pushing in any way in making a sale. We would highly recommend the to anyone we know who is looking for a mattress

Unfortunately, the salesman stated that “each bed is custom built to order once the order is received.” He also told me that he would follow up with me “On Monday or Tuesday.” I never heard or received any communication from him. When I stopped in the store on Wednesday, he said “I was thinking about calling you.” Knowing that the beds are manufactured in South Carolina and sent to regional warehouses, I asked him why he said that they “are custom made to order once it is received” he replied “That’s what they teach us.” He lied to me as a customer AND failed to follow through as he stated he would. I am very disappointed with my Sleep Number experience. I paid in full for my bed and base. I would expect honesty and communication. Especially since I committed to a large purchase.

Jess was super helpful and guided us to the right mattress for us. She was very accommodating and friendly and also tolerated our 2 year old running around and touching literally everything in the showroom!
