The sales representative “Jay” was in the back of the store when we arrived and another customer was already sitting on a mattress waiting for someone to assist before we arrived. He finally came out after about 2 minutes with sunglasses on. He seemed to be knowledgeable concerning the mattresses and other products offered. However, he was not truthful because he told us that the mattress protector was only sold as a set of three and since the cost would be $100 it was roughly $33 for each one, but I only received a package of 1 mattress protector in the package when it arrived. I am pleased with the mattress and sheet set received, but I am disappointed that I was falsely advised that I would receive 3 mattress protectors.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse in Owings Mills. We purchased both a mattress and a base, and we are very happy with our decision. Dr. Jay was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide us so we could make the best choice for our needs. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store, especially if you get the chance to work with Dr. Jay😊
View on GoogleUnfortunately, my experience with this store was not as pleasant as other reviews because of two reasons. My mom needed a new mattress. Got to the store selected one she liked and paid in cash. Date was set for delivery. Got a phone called from the sale associate later saying that my mom had not paid the entire amount amd it was short $14. I told the gentleman that we counted the amount in your view and verified it. That was the 1st issue. Then the mattress was delivered with two visible defects. Called spoke to the manager Tony, sent him an email with pictures. He says a new mattress will bw delivered next day. Fast forward a week later and still no mattress. Not a very good experiences
View on GoogleThe experience my husband and I had with Jay at the Owings Mills location was excellent. He was very personable, knowledgeable and most of all very patient. We sampled several mattresses and pillows and finally made our selection. The order was processed and delivered the very next day. The delivery gentleman did an excellent job putting our order together and we have had perfect nights sleep since our new mattress was delivered. Thank you Mattress Warehouse for training your staff with the utmost respect.
