Sleep Number

One of the most professional and courteous shopping experiences my husband and I ever had! These two ladies, Ivory and Razia worked in tandem to ensure that we knew about all products and services available and aligned to our specifications. They were very knowledgeable, attentive, patient and efficient with the selection and purchasing process. Can’t wait yo receive our new bed and bedding. We will definitely be referring friends and family!

I’ve been looking at these beds for years and couldn’t pull the trigger , well I finally did. I recently visited a store and made my purchase and my buying experience could not have gone any smoother in fact it was down right pleasant- Ivory and Mike are complete gems and Sleep Number is fortunate to have them on their team out there in the store representing the company and the product. They both are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful they guided me through everything from beginning to end and NOT ONCE did I feel I was being sold too - that’s a big one for me. They helped me determine what was best for me and my situation- for that I’m extremely thankful. If you’re on the fence about a Sleep number bed don’t hesitate further go by the Owings Mills store and those folks will take it from there.

My mom and I went to Sleep Number located in Owings Mills, Md. We had a really good experience with Ivory. She went through the sleep test with my mom and suggested the best Sleep Number bed for my mom. She has the knowledge, patience and friendly character a customer is looking for. I'd recommend this store and definitely purchasing with Ivory.

The manager at this store, Vana, was incredible to work with! She listened to my needs and knew EXACTLY which Sleep Number model (I8 incidentally) to point me to based on them. She worked with me on best time to buy to maximize my discount. Vana was helpful through delivery questions that came up and followed up several times to make sure that things went according to plan. The bed is exactly what I wanted and expected a couple of weeks into use. I would recommend Sleep Number and specifically working with Vana for a great experience!

I admit that I was skeptical about whether or not SN and its claims were real or perceived. I can say with certainty that the features and benefits of our bed exceeds our expectations. Ivory was not only informative, she was a friendly and welcoming personality. We appreciate the delivery communication up to and including the delivery even though they didn’t manage to connect the bed to our internet. Controlling the bed using the app is great and the sheets seem to work well. However, we wish they felt better on the skin to complement their functionality. We also believe that the pillow selections Ivory suggested for us will complete our SN comfort. Overall, this was a considerable purchase that feels well worth it and we are very pleased to have made the purchase with Ivory’s patience, assistance and guidance.
