Mattress Firm Owings Mills

Mattress Firm in Owings Mills, Maryland had amazing customer service! We are thrilled with the new mattress and pillows that our Sleep Expert®: Khaja assisted us in picking out the correct mattress that would offer support without being too firm. Khaja was very patient and knowledgeable about mattresses. The delivery service and store manager were wonderful, too! The mattress was delivered in just 2 days. The delivery was on time and the adjustable bed frame was assembled correctly. The communication for the delivery was incredible! They even had a map and the number of stops so that you can track your mattress delivery in real time. The Owings Mills, Maryland store is special since it had a discounted floor model mattress selection in addition to new mattresses! The prices on the mattresses were great! You will love the store! Don’t hesitate to go there for your mattress!

Diane was an absolute delight. She was welcoming, knew her information and helped us get the best mattress for us and our budget. We had so much fun talking to her and the experience felt personal and not just a transaction.

Dianne Henry was my Sleep Technician. She provided professional and exceptional service during both of my visits to the Ownings Mill location. She was courteous and patience with me as she answered all of my questions relating to the various mattresses she showed to me. Mrs. Henry is very knowledgeable and answeredmy questions me in layman's terms. She did not rush me to make a purchase during my first visit, but I return to this location after making my final decision to purchase my mattress. Mrs. Henry is certainly an asset to Mattress Firm. My shopping experience was awesome due to Mrs. Henry's pleasant attitude.

When I tell you I had the best experience for the first time in my life buying a mattress with Diane at the Owings Mills location. She was so knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, showed great patience as she answered my questions. My intentions was to buy a certain type of bed but until she made me aware of the type of bed I needed for my sciatica, and also demonstrated the difference from the way I felt on each bed I was able to make the right choice. It's been 2 weeks now since I've purchased my bed and although it's still in the breaking in stage, I feel so much better at night sleeping. Thank you Diane, you were one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time for anything I have ever purchased. I love my new Sealy Posturepedic® Elite Hybrid High Point II 14" Medium Mattress and wll be returning to buy the TEMPUR-Ergo® Smart Adjustable Base at a later date.

We recently purchased a mattress from this store and had a great experience. Tony was helping multiple customers on his own when we visited, but he still made sure we got the attention we needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us plenty of time to discuss our options without hovering or pressuring us, which we really appreciated. The store was clean and had many options. Thank you, Tony!
