Shawn did an amazing job! Very enthusiastic, professional and showed genuine concern for our needs and requirements. We didnt feel pressured to purchase but instead comfortable to explore and inquire. The bedMatch Diagnostic machine was brilliant and really provided accurate recommendations!!! Kathy was very friendly!! and professional, she made us feel welcomed and appreciated. She was very encouraging and positive. Plus they provided Bottled water!
