My visit to 94-11 Rockaway Boulevard Ozone Park received prompt and professional service on entry. It lasted right through the process. The agent assigned Mo, was very helpful and courteous. He patiently explained the process and confidently relayed the options available and showed the dispays. The process was short and the service encouraged me to decide on buying. I cant wait to sleep and enjoy my new bedroom set. This Raymour & Flanigan outlet is Highly recommended.!!!!!!!

I had a great experience working with MD at Raymour and Flannigan Ozone Park Branch. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. MD made the experience easy and comfortable by answering all of my questions and helping me understand my options without ever feeling pressured. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made them a pleasure to work with. Even after the purchase was completed, MD stayed in touch and provided updates on my shipping and delivery timeline, which I really appreciated. It was nice knowing they were still available to help and keep me informed. The delivery process was smooth and timely. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend both MD and this location to anyone shopping for furniture.

Our experience at Raymour Flanigan outlet store on Atlantic was great! The employee Elizabeth Diaz went above and beyond and helped my mother in law find and purchase the right couch for their apartment, and helped my husband and I find the perfect king size mattress for our bedroom. She was very helpful, and gave us all the details and price breakdown for everything. We loved the experience and would definitely come again!

Liz was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the pieces. She helped me pick the exact couch I was looking for. She was not pushy at all but always made sure I had all of the information I needed. Highly recommend!
