This is the BEST Mattress Warehouse I’ve ever been in! First of all, it’s so well organized, clean, and has an excellent selection. Secondly, the customer service is wonderful! Barbara, the store manager, is friendly, welcoming, and so nice to work with. I appreciated how she went above and beyond to help me. There were no pushy sales tactics whatsoever. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Warehouse in Rocky Point, NY! Barbara Sicuranza, the store manager, made the entire mattress-buying process enjoyable, informative, and stress-free.
My husband had visited the store the evening before and was immediately impressed by Barbara’s friendly disposition and extensive knowledge of the many mattress options available. When we returned together, Barbara guided us through the fun and informative bedMatch diagnostic experience, where she asked thoughtful questions about our sleep positions, areas of pain or discomfort, and sleep habits. Within minutes, we received personalized mattress recommendations designed for us as a couple.
We tried several mattresses, and amazingly, one of the top recommendations was the same mattress my husband had already liked the most! With Barbara’s guidance, we confidently chose a firm king mattress, cooling mattress protector, base, and headboard that perfectly complements our bedroom décor.
The Memorial Day sale prices were excellent, and the entire experience felt welcoming and memorable from start to finish. We are so excited about our delivery on May 30!

Barbara was so patient and informative while I tried out different mattresses. The bed match technology was the perfect way to find the right mattress for my body and the way I sleep. Great helpful staff, they got me the right mattress for my attentive needs,at a great price,to help me get the rest that I need. As a Chef, I am on my feet 90% of the day,so getting a good rest at night is crucial for optimal performance during the day. Sheena and Barbara were great, thanks again .
