They showed us several great options, explained everything clearly, and were very patient while we decided what worked best for us. Honestly, we were not looking forward to mattress shopping, but Max completely turned it into an amazing experience. He has such a fun, high-energy personality and immediately made us feel so comfortable and special.Instead of dealing with a pushy salesperson, we felt like we were shopping with a friend who genuinely cared about our comfort.
