Mattress Warehouse of Smithtown

I had such a wonderful experience working with Jeff at Mattress Warehouse in Smithtown. I had purchased from him before, so when I needed a mattress for my niece and her husband during an incredibly difficult and emotional time, I knew exactly who I wanted to call. Even though he is located in New York and I am in North Carolina, he made the entire process easy. He helped me handle everything over the phone, and I was able to pick up the mattress at a local Mattress Warehouse near me, the same day, without any hassle. This mattress was purchased for my niece and her husband right after their baby was born prematurely and was spending time in the NICU. Having a comfortable place to rest and get good sleep is so important as they navigate this challenging journey with their little one. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and care shown throughout the entire process. It was more than just buying a mattress — it was helping my family during a time when they needed support. Thank you for making it such a positive experience!

Roseanne was amazing. She was very friendly and my parents Louis and Lupe said they felt like they were working with an old friend. They originally spoke with her through the phone but the service in person was even better. My parents were looking for a mattress for their bedroom because they have different preferences. She took her time, spending almost 3 hours going through all of the specs of the different beds, making sure they were happy with their decision. That ultimately led to them finding their perfect match! I would 100% recommend shopping here and working with Roseanne!

We had an awesome experience today. Jeff was a pleasure to do business with. He helped us choose a new mattress with the assistance of their computerized system, which is something we haven’t seen or tried before, highly recommended! Looking forward to a good nights sleep!

Jeff and Roseanne were fantastic !! I never leave reviews but this shopping experience was OUTSTANDING ! I was looking for a twin mattress for my granddaughter and guest bed.
