If you try to recoup that money however that's when you get to talk to everyone that works for them and I'm just short of a month from asking for a refund and I have only had the money refunded to my credit card as of Fri.! Be careful with this company or you could pay double for a product of equal quality and with only half of the warranty! Fast talking with there ultimate sleep experience machine that determines the exact sleep experience tailored just for you! I haven't seen such a dog and Pony show like I've seen here in years! Hey,they sell bedding and you will definitely pay for that ultimate sleep experience as determined by the awesome machine that says so, LOL. This is my opinion and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, that's unless I don't like you! Believe me, I try to be fair and give everyone the benefit of a fair evaluation but in this case I feel nothing but burned!
