An unexpected visit, turned into a purchase with the help of Shea Zimmerman. She was friendly and knowledgeable but not overbearing. At no point, was I pressured to buy anything but instead Shea listened to what I was saying about what we would consider. She took into consideration my preferences but also my sons. Together, we came up with a game plan for purchase. It was the most seamless process I’ve ever experienced. Karyn Kelly in customer care was pleasant and kind. She made it easy to pay the furniture in full without hassle and extra steps. The delivery communication and delivery were exceptional. I have no complaints but only praise. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more from Raymour and Flanigan. Very impressed! We bought the sectional, the sofa table with stools and the ottoman.

We had a great experience working with Chyloh at Raymour & Flanigan. He was extremely knowledgeable about the furniture and quickly helped us pivot when we realized the original couch we wanted wouldn’t fit our space. He took the time to sit down with us, sketch out a layout, and clearly explain all the measurements so we felt confident in our decision. He also helped us find the perfect accent piece for our ottoman, which really pulled everything together. Throughout the process, he struck the perfect balance between not being overbearing, but always available and helpful whenever we had questions. Even after our visit, he’s been very responsive and receptive to our phone calls and follow-ups. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience thanks to his expertise and customer service!!

Harrisburg store. Excellent Selection! As soon as you walk in you are great with a smile and how can we help you. Our salesperson Chyloh, was very knowledgeable and kind. We told him what we were looking for and he took his time and found us exactly what we wanted.. A shout out to the store manager as well. He went out of his way to move a recliner love seat so we could try it out. Check out and setting up delivery was fast and efficient. Excellent experience.

Ryan was a complete professional and personable in his interaction with my wife and I. He met us at the door and answered all questions. Led us to the recliner section and also informed that there were other recliners throughout the rest of the store. I must mention he was nicely dressed as well. A commendable young man.

Linda Walters was awesome!!! She assisted us and was very professional patient and kind. She reviewed everything with us with great details. She was very knowledgeable.
