Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I went to Bob’s based on previous purchases that I had made with a good experience. I went looking specifically for a recliner with several unique features. My Salesman Dominic was very professional, friendly and helpful. I chose a recliner and hope that I’m as happy with it as I was with my last purchase from Bob’s.

We recently purchased a sectional from Bob’s Discount Furniture after checking out a few different stores, and they had the best combination of price and selection by far. Erika helped us from the moment we walked in. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy — which I really appreciated. She gave us space to look around but was always available when we had questions, and she explained the products and financing options clearly. This is our second time shopping at Bob’s and we will definitely be back!

Dave was great! Kindly introduced himself to us but gave us space and time to look around the showroom ourselves without feeling pressured. Then he helped me build a sectional couch to fit my needs. Best salesman experience I’ve had in a longtime! And Bobs had a great selection with good deals

Went to look at sofas. Got some great ideas for the next couple months. Nice selection, good prices. Found a chair and an ottoman at the floor samples discount section that I left with. Dave was really great! And free ice cream in the back. 👍🏼

We were happy with our one experience there. After entering, a salesman, Roberto came over to greet us and asked if he could be of help. We told him what we were interested in. He started showing us the products, told how we could learn the price with the signs up by each. He left us alone to look. He periodically came by to see if we had questions. We were glad he was not super pushy. We found something we both liked, so we purchased them. The closing was a smooth process with no hitches in it. They scheduled a day to deliver & assemble it for us.
