Ashley Store

Very pleasant experience. We were looking for a new mattress that was within budget. Sean was extremely helpful with us finding a mattress, was very patient with us while we laid on different types, and walked us through to show us different types of adjustable frames to help with my lower back problems. Very helpful and offered no interest financing that was very reasonably priced. Cody also helped us with getting some extra discounts and free pillows, and Rich was very polite with helping us with completing all the paperwork. They are a great team and I'm quite happy for the sale they made to us and for getting to purchase from their team.

We walked in and were greeted by Sean Shockley, aka Shaq. Told him wha we were looking for, and he understood and took us to see. He was very knowledgeable, asked questions to narrow down what we wanted and answered ours. We were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Sean showed us several options and precisely described each. His friendly demeanor made for a comfortable experience. Then to add icing to the cake we meet Natalie, the office manager. Wonderful person with great knowledge in coding numbers and delivering scheduling. This is a nice clean store with friendly staff great professional people. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I was shown excellent care from the Harrisburg, PA Ashley representative....Sean Shockley. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about merchandise and answered every question I had about accent chairs. Although one of my concerns was my budget, I must be honest and admit that Sean received my business because his manner with me as a customer exceeded my budget concerns. Although I have not yet received the chairs, Sean assured me that Ashley will stand by their promise to deliver top quality merchandise. I would certainly return for future purchases primarily because of the way I was treated in the store.

Shopping for furniture for every room can be overwhelming but we found exactly what we wanted at this Ashley store. Our sales associate, Xavier, was helpful and so was the manager Taichi. Also picked up floor sample and that was handled very professionally. Kudos to Natalie the office manager! She was welcoming and knowledgeable. Great experience

Gracie in Harrisburg was amazing! She answered all of our questions and actually suggested some great ideas we didn’t even think of for our new home. We were super stressed about moving into our new home and getting it furnished but she made the process very easy and we are so excited for our delivery!
