Mattress Warehouse of Watchung

My husband and I had a really great experience working with Mr. Kenny. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. He took the time to listen, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism. Instead of just trying to make a sale, he focused on making sure we were comfortable and confident with our decision. We were able to try several mattresses from firm, medium, and soft. We went back to take advantage of our warranty from our previous mattress we purchased, that was defective. Mr. Kenny helped from the beginning to the end. Also, I would like to add once entering into the store/showroom, it had a really nice fresh scent, very clean and organized!!! Great customer service!!!

What a great experience! Kenny was phenomenal and patient in explaining and showing me how the different mattresses affects a good night sleep. I really learned a lot from him and he was right. I ended up buying a mattress from him and have been very happy with it, and noticed a better night sleep. The delivery process was effortless and quick. I definitely recommend mattress warehouse in Watchung for service and the products offered. Kenny is great!

Al was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. We came in with only a general idea of what we were looking for, and he took the time to guide us through our mattress options while answering all of our questions. We never felt pressured or rushed. As a matter of fact, we felt heard. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Al and this store to anyone looking for a new mattress!

I can highly recommend this business. They easily rectified a problem we had with a mattress we had purchased. They made the process easy. Kenny was fabulous to work with and we will definitely be back when we need our next mattress.

My husband and I came to Mattress Warehouse not knowing what we wanted. Their technology to determine a short-list of mattresses that would work for both my husband and I’s sleeping habits and preferences made the process so seamless. Kenny was the biggest help and really knew what he was talking about, making sure not to waste our time or energy and that we felt educated when making a decision. The price match guarantee was also a great plus. Couldn’t recommend coming here enough!
