Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

The sales guy Richie young guy was very nice to me. No pressure. I went there I relaxed on the couch and love seat that I wanted to get told him I’ll be back came back brought it. He worked out a nice deal for me and I’m getting it delivered soon within three days. Also, the manager was also very nice to me. I appreciate you guys at Raymore Flanigan.

I needed a mattress quickly and called around to all of the usual mattress shops as well as Raymour & Flanigan. Of all the mattress types and price points offered, only Lydia at R&F Watchung was competitive and fair. She was able to find me a great deal and immmediate availability for pickup and delivery. She made the purchase very easy and streamlined. Her communication was excellent. This was not the closest mattress shop to my home and initially wasn’t even on my list to try, but I’m so glad that I did. I saved hundreds on this mattress and the experience was very pleasant. R&F is now my go to! You should give them a try. You’ll be happy you did!

Ki was fantastic! We came in yesterday and she was the perfect balance of helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. She closed the sale today when we came back looking for her! These days some prefer online purchases but Ki was an example of why human contact helps!

Richard went above and beyond to help me match my night tables (I had purchased them from the same store last year) to my Head Board. He did this by literally getting a dolly and moving the night table I had purchased to the headboard I was considering purchasing. By doing this he enabled me to choose the correct fabric color. I was so impressed by his willingness to help me make the correct choice.

After shopping around and being uncertain of what I wanted to meet my families needs. I had the most amazing experience the other day at this store. Rich who works there helped me select the perfect items for my familes needs. He was very patient and showed me the diffrerence in quality. I got set up in my place and it looks amazing. Thank you guys so much. U strongly recommend this store.
