Mattress Warehouse of Short Hills

Jesse made the whole mattress-buying experience easy and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy—just focused on making sure we were comfortable with our decision. He took the time to walk us through different options and worked with us to get the best deal possible. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend asking for Jesse if you’re shopping here!

Robert is absolutely amazing!! We walked in and he handled everything - took a diagnostic, figured out exactly what we needed - and we left with an incredible mattress and loft other stuff! Nicest, most professional person! Happy to have him in town.

Robert helped my friends and I out and made the experience great. He showed us a variety of mattress and really helped us find what worked best for us. He made the whole process fun and stress free. Highly recommend coming in to see him.

Robert showed us around the store and helped my friends and I pick out a mattress with care. He analyzed our backs using a machine that incorporates AI/science, using bedmatch, helping us pick the best mattress for our own needs. He was very helpful in actually helping pick what’s the best for us, not just the store.

Therese, who is both very knowledgable and so pleasant to talk with, waited on me this past week and spent time with me, which was both unrushed, informative and very helpful so that I picked a mattress, box spring and cover that likely will be good for me and that I prefer. She informed me on various other products too, which will also come in handy with any of my future needs. She allowed me to see and try mattresses that were assessed good for me as well as any that were of interest to me and answered all my questions and will send me some more detailed info on the mattress I chose. And Mattress Warehouse has a big selection. Therese is kind and patient; wants to go the mile for you and is understanding and knows these products and the process of getting and using them so very well. Therese gave me a good price as well on my entire purchase. I believe I was put in excellent hands by having Therese introduce me to these products and I learned more from her about them. I am now awaiting delivery for the Kingsdown Caslegate Hybrid Firm Twin Mattress that I ordered. Thanks so much Therese!
