Mattress Firm Hanes

John was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We had done our research and tested all the mattresses we were interested in at the store. Prices were comparable, deal was good with President’s day deals, mattress was in stock and will be delivered this week. Win/win!

John was the best salesman I've ever worked with. He knew and explained the differences in all the mattresses to me & helped me make the best choice for us. He also was very honest about the pillows & other items they sell & recommended other options for us that are more cost effective than just the items they sell there.

Pleased with everything. The guys did a great job setting up the bed. Right on schedule as promised. Out of all the furniture stores we visited, The folks at Mattress Firm put all the others to shame and left them in the dust.

Great shopping experience at this Mattress Firm on Hanes Mall rd. William asked us if we had done any research before entering the store and then left us alone to try different mattresses. He was available to answer any questions but, did not apply any of the traditional sales pressure that’s commonplace these days. What a pleasant experience! Thank you William for helping us acquire a new mattress!
