Buyer BEWARE! Doing 1 star rating to leave informational review. After making several successful purchases at this retailer dealing with Kevin, I placed an order for a sofa back in January 2025. Kevin asked for a deposit to place the order, which I thought was reasonable and I Zelle'd him the amount requested. For 9 months he strung me along with stories of shipping delays from China, trucking delays for west coast, inability to pick up from Miami, missing parts for the sofa (even though he claims to never have received) and finally, he said the delivery truck containing the sofa was confiscated by ICE (all of which I have documented in detailed text conversations)! Since September 2025, I have been asking for a full refund of my deposit and he always has a story about how its being processed, or needs to be done by his partner, or he needs to check status, but 1 FULL year after my original order, he never delivered the sofa NOR HAS HE REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT! I'm taking legal action against this business but in the interim I thought I would also warn others!

Kevin, the owner of Mattress Warehouse, is a lifesaver and a wonderful person. I will not hesitate to make him my first call for any future mattress needs we have at our condo, and you shouldn't either. I called him at 11:00 this morning (Friday) after striking out three times with the big chains looking desperately to have two Twin XL mattresses delivered to our family vacation property before I left to return home on Monday and not only did he come through with mattresses in stock and a willingness to deliver before I left but he personally hand delivered them in his own pickup (not a company delivery vehicle) at 7pm on a Friday Night because his crew were all busy on other deliveries! He gets ten out of five stars in my book, but sadly Google won't reflect that. Thanks again, Kevin!!!

KEVIN WAS GREAT! I called in needing a queen sized box spring to be delivered same-day and Kevin was a hero! Great price, great customer service. Very patient and answered all my questions. SUPER SATISFIED! Thank you Kevin!

MATRESS WAREHOUSE IS HORRIBLE 100% scam . I PURCHASED a mattress and the owner was the sales person who helped me directly. I paid for the 2nd to most firm mattress with Pictures to prove my statement. the mattress which was delivered to me is 100% not the same.
