Mattress Warehouse of Miami Beach

We recently bought a mattress from Allan at this location, and it was literally the best retail experience we have ever had. Allan is extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. Our situation was a bit difficult because we were moving back into our condo after a renovation and had no mattress. Due to the timing of moving out of our VRBO and when the delivery could happen, we were left with one night with nowhere to stay. Allan took care of us by refunding the cost of a hotel for that night from the price of the mattress, which he ensured included the Black Friday discount. The delivery was prompt, quick, and very professional. This store, and Allan in particular, are exactly what every retail experience should be. If you are looking for a mattress, do not pass them by. You will be extremely satisfied with the whole experience!

I had a wonderful experience at this store back in May when I needed to buy two mattresses and have delivery. Allan and Hubert were both so helpful, professional, and communicative. I had a pretty complicated delivery where I needed to deliver one matress to one address and the other to a different address - right down the street. They were very careful to accommodate me and prepare the order meticulously. Everything went smoothly. They also were able to recommend other services and help me with more aspects of my move in the following week. I got several texts, emails, and phone calls to confirm everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend both Allan and Hubert for your matress needs! Great costumer service 5 stars!

I had a good experience with Mattress Warehouse. The 2 sales people in the store were professional and knowledgeable, and the mattress arrived on time as promised. The delivery guys were professional. The mattress is excellent and it was reasonably priced. Thank you!

Alan was absolutely amazing! Helped me pick the exact mattress I needed taking into consideration my lumbar problems! Strongly recommend everyone to come see Alan!

Allan was fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. I came in to purchase mattresses for my daughters’ room, and he made the experience smooth and easy, answering all my questions along the way. Excellent service!
